Workshop Information

All menus are vegan and do not contain flour/gluten, soy, refined cane sugar, dairy and eggs. Where possible I use organic and/or spray-free ingredients.  You will learn about new ingredients, tools and some new techniques.  You will receive 2 booklets: a Recipe Booklet and an Information Booklet. There will also be plenty of tastings after each demonstration. There are only 12 spaces available for each workshop so bookings are essential.  


Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the class.

• If a cancellation is made less than 3 days before a class, or a class attendee doesn’t turn up, then the full price is non-refundable.

What is Raw Food

Raw food is food that has not been heated for more than 46°C. Cooking and processing food can deplete some of their vital nutrients and enzymes, making them difficult for the body to digest. When food is cooked above 46°C, the chemical structure of the food changes and all their beneficial enzymes and life force are destroyed. The digestive system has to work harder and longer to process cooked foods to get nutrition and energy from it and to produce the enzymes missing in the food. One of the reasons that you may feel lethargic or sleepy after a cooked meal is because the body is diverting its energy to replace the enzymes that were not supplied to digest the food.  Enhancing the standard diet with many raw and living foods can give you a lot more energy, restore your vitality and help minimise the risk of many common allergies, digestive upsets, and other preventable diseases.
