Raw Food Chef
I have always loved cooking, a skill I fell in love with at a very young age in the kitchens of my grandmother and aunt. I was introduced to the raw food cuisine while living in Sydney, where I first trained and later attended a Raw Food Chef training course in Auckland. I am also an alumni of Matthew Kenney Culinary (USA), a plant-based culinary school.
I run regular Raw Food workshops and sell raw treats at the Tauranga Farmers Market
Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist
Staying healthy and helping people find solutions to their health issues has been one of my goals in life. I trained in Sydney and worked for a well-known naturopath and later had my own practice. Prior to my studies in natural medicine, I worked in the corporate world for a number of years which gave me an understanding of the pressures that individuals experience in their daily lives. My commitment to provide the best treatment for my clients motivates me to further my studies and training that help broaden my knowledge in up-to-date research and information.
